Marwa Essam El Din: Founder and Owner of Decoupage Fleuri Center
Marwa graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in 2003, majoring in Interior and Furniture Design. She worked as an interior designer and studied decoupage to refurbish old furniture and interiors. In a short time, she was able to master the craft.
In her work, she didn’t follow the traditional ways of using decoupage in decorating just home accessories, like trays and wall hangings, but also included refurbishing old furniture pieces. Her educational background in interior and furniture design helped her become a pioneer in this field.
In 2017, Marwa opened Decoupage fleuri Center in Palm city , Kattameya, DFC is an art gallery and a supplier of decoupage accessories and supplies; wood, rice paper, napkins, stencils with innovative designs.
